At A Flash Flood of Gear, we stand by the quality of our electronics. If your gear doesn't hit the right note, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the electronic device back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
