Greco TD-500 1975 Mocha Vintage Deluxe Made in Japan MIJ w/ Bag
This vintage Greco TD-500 is a solid Japanese copy of the CBS era Fender Telecaster Deluxe! This guitar is definitely a player's grade but has held up very nicely over the decades and still plays and sounds great. This guitar does not have a serial so the 1975 date of manufacture has been determined based on pickup and pot codes.
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear as expected from a vintage instrument. This includes various scratches, scuffs, chips, and dents throughout the body with additional dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The maple neck and fretboard have aged significantly and shows areas of discoloration while the hardware shows normal tarnishing. The frets are used but otherwise still play great and the electronics work as they should.
A few pickguard screws and the 3 way toggle has been replaced, otherwise this guitar is all original.
