Gibson Les Paul 1960 Classic 1998 Goldtop Refinish w/ OHSC
This is a super cool top-only refinished 1998 Gibson Les Paul Classic. The top refinish appears to have been professionally done over the original Heritage Cherry Sunburst finish. The neck has a true 1960s feel and the humbuckers sound great!
This guitar shows some cosmetic wear from over the years that include various scratches, scuffs, and chips throughout the body and small dings on the headstock. There is some finish checking on the lower body and you can see remnants of the original finish underneath the chips. The hardware shows some tarnish from over time and the frets have normal play wear. The refinished top does show some wear / aging.
Apart from the top refinish, this guitar appears to be original.
