Fender Stratocaster 1979 Natural Original Vintage USA w/ Hard Case
This 1979 Fender Stratocaster plays and sounds great! The factory-equipped Fender grey-bobbin pickups sound fantastic, and the neck is super comfortable, with a "C" profile. This vintage Strat has aged great, and is ready for many more years of enjoyment!
This guitar does show quite a bit of cosmetic wear as expected with a vintage instrument. This includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional small blemishes along the back of the neck and headstock. The edges of the fretboard also show quite a bit of wear. The back of the neck has smoothed out quite a bit over time. The natural finish has darkened and the hardware and pickups show normal tarnishing from over time. The frets play great, with plenty of life left, exhibiting only normal play wear as you would expect for a vintage instrument. The electronics work as they should.
A few of the solder points on the electronics have been touched up, otherwise this guitar is original.
