Fender Classic '70s Mustang MIJ 2016 Candy Apple Red Japan w/ Matching Headstock w/ Bag
This Mustang comes from one of Fender Japan's rarer reissue runs, their Classic '70s series, from 2016. This Mustang stays true to its vintage roots with a rounder 7.25 radius, slim "C" neck profile, and the unmistakable Candy Apple Red finish, with a matching headstock! This example has been modified, now sporting Seymour Duncan SL-59 and SJB single coil sized humbuckers.
This guitar does show some cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional minor dings on the headstock. There's also a finish chip located on the lower back side of the body. The hardware is starting to show some normal light tarnishing from over time. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.
Outside of the replaced pickups, this guitar is otherwise original.
